Prositions Announces New Vice President of Business Development

Frank Russell, CEO and Founder of Prositions, Inc., has announced that training industry veteran Lloyd Singer has joined the company as its new Vice President of Business Development. In this position, Lloyd will be responsible for developing merger and acquisition opportunities, global partnerships, and reseller/distribution deals for its learning content, software platforms, assessments, and mentoring/coaching services.

“This is an important step for us as we execute on our growth strategy,” said Frank Russell, CEO of Prositions. “Lloyd has been in the industry for decades. He has a unique set of strengths and experiences that align perfectly with our plans for global expansion.”

Most recently Lloyd was co-founder and CEO of training industry video provider Learning Communications, Inc. He has built several learning content businesses in the soft skills and compliance market segments. He has two degrees from Columbia University including a B.A. from Columbia College, and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Columbia’s Engineering School. He is a member of ATD and SHRM and resides in Gurnee, Illinois.

Recently, Lloyd was instrumental in helping create the deal for Prositions to become the worldwide distributor of Media Learning International’s (MLi) product library. MLi’s catalog includes 59 training videos in multiple languages that cover topics such as management and supervisory skills, behavior-based interviewing, conflict management, and other prevalent workplace issues. In addition, it includes 34 short videos with support materials that address the most challenging coaching issues supervisors and managers frequently encounter.

Prositions, Inc., a leader in the virtual mentoring and coaching markets, is pleased to announce the promotion of two key executives, Jill Dillenburg, Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Corey Paul, Vice President of Product Development and Support.

Jill Dillenburg, who was formerly the Director of Sales, will take on expanded responsibilities as the new Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prositions recently added two new marketing experts to join their team, Ellen Held as Marketing Manager and Tyler Hackman as Marketing Coordinator. In addition, Prositions has been expanding its sales team after the successful launch of its latest cloud-based software solution, MentorString.

“Jill has demonstrated an incredible ability to rapidly build our sales and marketing capabilities,” said Frank Russell, CEO of Prositions. “As we continue to expand and successfully execute our business strategy, Jill is the right person to lead the charge in this area.”

Prior to joining Prositions in 2013, Dillenburg was responsible for building the sales groups at Dice Holdings that allowed it to grow and become a public company. Her sales teams were responsible for adding 15,000 new customers per year and doubling sales revenues over a three-year period. She also successfully grew the corporate sales team from five to fifty salespeople during her tenure.

Corey Paul, who was formerly the Director of Operations, will take on expanded responsibilities as the new Vice President of Product Development and Support. Prositions has recently added several new members to its Product Development and Support teams.

“Corey was instrumental in building and managing our global product development and support teams,” said Robin Salsberry, President and COO of Prositions. “His new responsibilities will expand to include accelerating our new product roadmap and enhancing our capabilities to integrate our social/mobile applications with other prominent Talent Management solutions.”

Corey has been with Prositions since its founding and came to the company with an extensive background in the HR technology space. Prior to joining Prositions, Paul held leadership positions with GeoLearning, a leading provider of SaaS-based Talent and Learning Management software solutions.
