Frank Russell is the Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Prositions, Inc. He heads the Board of Directors and is responsible for the strategic vision and direction of the company. Frank has over 30 years of human resource management experience. He is also a serial entrepreneur having started three other companies in the HR space.
Prior to starting Prositions, Frank was Founder and CEO of GeoLearning, Inc. Geo was the largest SaaS-based learning and performance management company in the industry. Prior to founding GeoLearning, he was President and Founder of Excellence in Training Corporation, a leading producer and distributor of video-based training.
Frank has extensive experience in the human resource technology field. He did research at the Center for Advanced Computation at the University of Illinois where the first Internet browser was invented. He worked for Control Data Corporation in the late 1970s with the Plato System, which was the first commercially viable CBT authoring system. He has also been the director of training for a Fortune 500 company and State Training Administrator for the State of Iowa.
Frank’s companies have been recognized with numerous awards, including ranking on the Inc. 500/5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies for seven consecutive years (2004-2010), six years on the Software 500 list (2005-2010), ” Product of the Year” from HR Executive Magazine and several American Business Awards (including “Most Innovative Company”).
Frank himself was named CEO of the Year at the 2009 Prometheus Awards sponsored by the Technology Association of Iowa. He was voted to Training Industry’s 2007 list of the “Most Influential Training Professionals” by his peers in the industry and was named the 2006 Entrepreneur of the Year by the Des Moines Business Record. In 2005, Frank received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in the Business Services category for the Central Midwest Region and was named Small Business Person of the Year for the State of Iowa by the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Robin Salsberry is a Founder and the President of Prositions, Inc. In this capacity, she oversees day-to-day operations and steers the management team to deliver world-class talent solutions. Robin has over 25 years of experience as a Human Resource Manager and Professional.
Robin was previously the Vice President of Human Resources for GeoLearning, Inc. where she grew the company from a dozen employees to over 280 full-time employees. Robin was responsible for the organization’s human resource and talent management initiatives.
Prior to joining GeoLearning, Robin was Head of Human Resources for CE Software, a leading developer of software solutions for the Apple Computer platform. Robin oversaw the rapid growth and expansion of the organization and corporate team.
In her career, Robin has also served as a human resource and training officer in the software, retail, and construction industries.
Robin is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Association for Talent Development, and the Technology Association of Iowa.

Jill is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Prositions, Inc. She is responsible for managing Prositions’ dynamic sales team as well as securing and maintaining strong relationships with customers worldwide.
Prior to joining Prositions, Jill was the Sales Director for Dice Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: DHX), the global leader in specialized career websites. In this role, she oversaw sales groups, grew the sales division from five to over fifty people and consistently exceeded sales targets. She was also instrumental in developing innovative product offerings. Early in her career, Jill was a B2B Sales Manager at one of the world’s largest metals distributor companies.
Jill has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Northern Colorado, Denver, CO.

Craig Robbins is the Senior Vice President of Professional Services and Talent for Prositions, Inc. He is responsible for all services including human capital consulting, career transition, coaching, learning, and training. Craig leads a team of diverse HR professionals, consultants, and coaches who
deliver talent solutions for small to large companies, non-profits, start-ups, and government
agencies.
Craig also serves as a Major in the Army Reserve. He currently holds a key leadership position helping to transform talent management strategies and systems across the Active and Reserve components.
Craig holds a Master of Science degree from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts from
the University of Iowa. He is currently working on his Doctor of Education, Human Resource
